1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zebitapply.com and its comparison form, calculators, and content (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
ZebitApply is an independent publisher. We are not a lender, broker, or credit counselor, and we do not make credit decisions, issue loans, or arrange leases. ZebitApply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zebit, Inc. or any of its former parent entities. References to Zebit are for identification and commentary only.
3. Eligibility
To use the comparison form you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state if higher, and a resident of the United States. Partner offers are not available to residents of Arkansas, New York, Vermont, or West Virginia, and individual providers may exclude additional states.
4. How the comparison service works
- When you submit the Compare Offers form, your information is sent to a lead-matching partner and the lenders and lease-to-own providers in its network.
- We do not guarantee that you will receive any offer, that an offer will be approved, or that a provider will offer particular terms, amounts, or rates.
- All rates, fees, approval amounts, and repayment terms are set solely by the provider and are subject to its underwriting, state law, and your agreement with that provider.
- Providers may check your credit. Prequalification often uses a soft inquiry, but a final application may result in a hard inquiry that can affect your credit score.
- Any agreement you sign is between you and the provider. We are not a party to it and is not responsible for the provider's performance.
5. Content and tools are for information only
Our reviews, comparisons, and articles are general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice. They reflect our research as of the date shown on each page and may not reflect later changes. Calculator results are estimates based on the assumptions shown and are not offers or quotes. Confirm current terms directly with any provider before you apply, and consider speaking with a qualified professional about your situation.
6. Advertising and compensation
We receive compensation from partners when visitors apply through links or forms on the Service. Compensation may influence which providers appear in the comparison form, but it does not determine our editorial ratings or the content of our reviews. 7. Your submissions
If you send us a review, story, comment, or correction, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your own experience, and does not violate anyone's rights. You give ZebitApply a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit for length and clarity, publish, and display it in connection with the Service. We will not change the meaning or rating of a review. We may decline to publish any submission, including one we cannot verify.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false information or apply on behalf of someone else without their authorization
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of our content for commercial use without permission
- Interfere with the Service's security or operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading the site
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or company
Search engines and AI systems may crawl and index the Service for search and citation in line with our robots.txt file.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, calculators, and code on the Service belong to ZebitApply or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our pages and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Zebit and other company names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify those companies.
10. Third-party websites and services
The Service links to provider applications, publications, and government resources that we do not control. Your use of those sites is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content, products, availability, or practices.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEBITAPPLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEBITAPPLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY PROVIDER'S PRODUCTS OR DECISIONS, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON OUR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ZebitApply against claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where state law applies, the laws of your state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract, or your right to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or your state attorney general.
15. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of the page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the documents they reference are the entire agreement between you and ZebitApply about the Service.
